Big Jones opened in 2008 and has become one of Chicago's most acclaimed Southern restaurants. The kitchen sources ingredients from over 40 local farms and artisan producers, building a menu around seasonal availability and quality. The beverage program spans hand-crafted cocktails, craft beers, and wines from major growing regions, plus alcohol-free options.

Lunch runs 11 to 3, dinner starts at 4:30pm, and weekend brunch is 10 to 3. Reservations are welcomed but walk-ins are encouraged. The restaurant handles catering for events of various sizes, and the team brings over fifty years of combined event experience.
