Calo has been family-owned and operated since 1963, anchoring Andersonville's historic European restaurant scene. The menu spans old-world pasta recipes, stone-fired pizzas, steaks, veal, marinated chicken, and daily market fish. The dining room features exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, and Italian-inspired murals that set a traditional atmosphere.

Open for lunch from noon and dinner from 3pm, Calo serves dine-in guests through 9:30pm on weeknights and 10:30pm on weekends. The restaurant also handles private events, catering, delivery, and takeout. The Recchia family runs the operation and emphasizes personal service — the owner greets guests at the door.
